QoE (Quality of Experence, user quality of experience) is an important indicator to measure the user experience.It has caused widespread concern.In this thesis, the research background is LTE-Advanced system, the LTE-A system based on user QoE fairness radio resource management algorithms to make a thorough analysis, the thesis is focusing on resource scheduling algorithms and power control were studied. The main contents are:In LTE-Avanced system,users in the cell due to the different needs of business, users QoE can not simultaneously lead to satisfactory in the resource allocation process user QoE fairness can not be guaranteed, so the paper presents a QoE-based radio resource scheduling algorithm:QoE-PF algorithm. As used herein, the most extensive range of audio, web browsing, and video services for the business model.The resource scheduling is measured based on the user experience of quality QoE,the users will sort by priority, and then combine the classic PF scheduling algorithm thought cell resource scheduling, improved part of QoE and QoE fairness.For resource management resource control study how to use power control to improve system user QoE fairness. Firstly, introduced the basic concepts of power control and the differences and connections of power control in the CDMA and LTE,pointed out the necessity of this study; the thesis focused on how the power control of resource control can improve user QoE fairness.The thesis proposed a heuristic power control algorithm based on user QoE, by updating the user's transmit power to achieve users QoE fairness.The above two methods are simulated and validated.Paper simulation results show that QoE-PF algorithm can achieve paper desired effect, there is a good user QoE fairness; and also verify the effectiveness of the proposed power control scheme based on user QoE fairness of feasibility, after using the power control algorithm, system users reaching the QoE fairness.
