This paper presents the development of background, One disadvantage of traditional high-power rectifying power supply and high-power switching power supply lies in low power factor and high harmonic content. This paper is aiming at upgrading and updating traditional switching power supply and carrying out variational design based on PWM rectifiers and DC/DC converters controlled by DSP. This paper mainly conducts the research from several aspects as follows:First of all it studies the topological structure of main circuit of PWM rectifiers based on the analysis of traditional high-power rectifying power supply, high-power switching power supply, passive filter and active filter. The study ascertains the topological structure of main circuit suitable for the paper. This kind of topological structure of main circuit can not only reduce the harmonic content of side current of high frequency switching power supply, but also ensure the running power factor of the device is near 1.The control strategy and circuit of PWM rectifier were then analysed and it was confirmed that the control strategy of deadbeat recombination current with power feed-forward is better than the traditional one controlled by PI. Meanwhile, the control circuit was analysed and part of software flow chart was displayed with DSP control clip as a core and CPLD control clip as an auxiliary circuit.Products were finally upgraded based on monocrystalline silicon heating high frequency switch power, which can output 3000A/55 V by using traditionally uncontrolled rectifier and DC/DC converter, and a brand-new high frequency switching power with PWM rectifier at pre-stage and full-bridge rectifier at post-stage was developed.Based on the large harmonic current and low efficiency in the traditional rectification power supply, this paper studies the topology structure and control technology of low-voltage and large-current high frequency switching power supply. In combination with engineering examples, the paper proposes the design methods of hardware and software in details.The research contents of this paper can solves the upgrade of our products.
