Research And Design Of The Intelligent Classroom Based On Android

With the popularity of computer network and the rapid development of handheld mobile devices, digital learning has gradually become a trend. At the same time, the information education development draws more and more attention, which promote the combination of Internet and education. With the improvement of computing performance and the incensement of the storage space on the handheld, the intelligent classroom system on the handset can be realization, and then the system functions can be complete.In this paper, we study and implement a smart classroom system based on the android, The intelligent classroom system mainly includes the following several modules: intelligent attendance, classroom responder, courseware download, homework upload, class feedback. In this paper, the main job is to realize intelligent attendance based on the face detection and recognition method on the android platform, of which the interaction is very friendly and convenient. At the same time, the identification method adopted in attendance module can keep invariance for scaling, rotation, scale and illumination change, and which makes the module has a certain degree of stability for the change of perspective, affine transformation and noise. This article mainly realize intelligent attendance based on the automatic detection and recognition method of face on Android platform. First using VS2010 with Open CV image processing library conduct the experiment simulation on X86 platform for Haar face detection method and face recognition method, and then transplant and optimize the two algorithms combined with the Android platform features, and compiled face detection and identification of interface program into *. So library document which application layer calls, finally through the Android mobile phone camera to obtain images and JNI layer to complete the Haar face detection and face recognition function realize the function of intelligent attendance. Then we deployed the server developed on eclipse into tomcat's, using mysql to develop database, at the same time using the HTTP protocol to complete classroom responder, courseware download, homework upload and class feedback function modules.This paper design a smart classroom system based on the android, and on the android system we have realize intelligent attendance, classroom responder, courseware download, upload homework, class feedback, etc. We verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this design method by the experiment.
