Along with the rapid development of science and technology, wireless mobile users are also growth. The 2.4 GHz channel used in IEEE 802.11n is no longer able to meet the needs of the current users. In order to change this bad user experience, the IEEE 802.11ac standard produces. The technology of multi-user multiple input multiple output (MU-MIMO) significant result in promoting the system throughput and channel utilization.Based on IEEE802.11ac standard, the research work presented in this dissertation about how to allocate channels and improve the system throughput. We proposed channel bonding mechanism in MU-MIMO system. It will consider CSI and neighbor nodes, these information will added into data table and the BS will allocate channels according those. Using this mechanism can improve system throughput. Then dynamic channel allocation algorithm based on interrupt probability proposed, this algorithm by compare the relationship between information and rate of data transmission to calculate the interrupt probability. And using this probability can decide how to distribute channels. In the next step, we mixed channel bonding mechanism and dynamic channel allocation algorithm we proposed before, and apply it to the MU-MIMO system, and analyzed single-hop and multi-hop data transmission model respectively. After that, in order to guarantee the reliability and transfer rate of data in the system, we using different coding mechanism and tradeoff curve in the system and provided that using these method can improve system performance.Finally, simulation experiments for different channel bonding cases made in MATLAB, and compared the results with no channel bonding case. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve higher throughput and data transmission rate.
