With the continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency of manufacturing enterprises, and the development of computer technology, informatization and internetalization in manufacturing must become a continuously extended trend. As a combinational information management platform of process, purchasing, production, sales, inventory, financial and other business, ERP system has achieved resource sharing and optimal job performance in the manufacturing production process. However, for enterprise-specific mod of production and the market environment, sometimes an enterprise needs to develop a special ERP system.This article is a design of a procurement management system solution for the actual needs and workflow in a large domestic equipment manufacturing enterprise.This system uses B/S structure mode, using the Python Django framework for the development and Bootstrap technology for the front-end. And it uses a MySQL database to store data. The system uses the layered architecture design of five layers, which are presentation layer, service layer, application layer, data access layer and data layer. And the system servers and data servers are deployed on different hosts to share the pressure of server computing and processing. According to the workflow and functional requirements of the enterprise, the system is divided into material summary, purchasing orders and bid orders management, procurement tracking, material substitution, supplier management contract financial management and material execution functional modules. Each user in the system corresponds to one or more titles, and each title will have different rights.For the functions of viewing related inventory, the system uses association rules mining approach. It uses the FP-Tree algorithm to find association rules. In addition, the system also supplies a function of background management of data for system administrators. The system uses hot standby to avoid data losing caused by special case or vandalism.After the complete unit testing, integration testing and delivery testing, the system will be deployed to the ubuntul2.04 operating system and using Nginx as the proxy server.After on-site deployment and debugging, the system has been involved in the actual procurement process within the enterprise. And it has basically achieved the desired objectives.
