The tidal phenomena of population mobility leads to traffic movement of wireless access network, which causes the low resource utilization of basestation. Therefore, how to improve the utilization becomes important to the communication technology in recent years. The virtual carrier migration technology of C-RAN(Cloud Radio Access Network) baseband pool is the key way to improve the utilization of basestation resource, it essentially virtualizes and migrates the processing resource which are used by the carrier business, we call it the migration of the virtual carrier processing resource. Thus, it is meaningful to C-RAN radio access network to research the virtual carrier migration technology.In this article we are engaged in the virtual carrier migration technology of C-RAN baseband pool. The article aims at improving the scheduling efficiency of basestation resource. The main contributions of this dissertation are summarized:1) As for the problem of low scheduling utilization of carrier processing resource in the existing virtual carrier migration models. We proposed one virtual carrier migration model which is based on the protocol stack. The model abstracts the carrier processing resource in C-RAN baseband pool to virtual machine pattern, which makes the carrier processing resource migration and realises rapid convergency of carrier processing resource by decreasing the virtual machine migrating granularity. Simulation results show that the virtual carrier migration model which is based on the protocol stack, facilitates the convergency rate of carrier processing resource scheduling, shortens the machine downtime of carrier processing resource migration and decreases the copy data volume during the procedure of carrier processing resource migration.2) As for the problem of source users' businesses interruption which is caused by the protocol stack virtual carrier migrating operation. Here we find one empty carrier migration buffer algorithm. It can realise the continuity of source users' businesses by improving the scheduling priority of upper layer protocol process in carrier migration virtual machine. Simulation results show that the algorithm not only improves the performance of the whole network, but also assures the continuity of source users' businesses.
