With the population aging and the occurrence of accidents,the number of the disabled especially limbs-impaired persons are constantly increasing.As a special group,they have a lot of inconvenience in daily life.In order to improve the quality of their life,The disabled selfservice system is studied based on EEG detection and Internet of things technology.The system consists of information collection module,servo control,and remote communication module.Through the information collection module collection based on TGAM,EEG data is collected,pretreatmented,extracted and classified to obtain the relevant characteristic value of brain waves.Servo control module is mainly based on PIC24HJ128GP506,EEG characteristic value is retreated to control the moving direction.Remote communication module connected the household appliances as a Internet of thing based on wireless chip NRF24L01.The brain instructions which used to remote control home appliances will be sent to the home appliance whose main chip is STC89C52 RC.Test results show that the system can extract brain wave information,control the wheelchair sports,and control the home appliances remotely.The system will meet the demand of the daily lives of people with disabilities.
