3D shape measurement based on active structure light illumination is applied in numerous fields such as inverse engineering and historic preservation for its competitive efficiency, high speed and accuracy and degree of automation. In practice, The capture of color texture and obtain three-dimensional information of the object for those fields are also indispensable. Therefore, It is an important part of the industrial measurement to all aspects of life for highly accurate three-dimensional information and high-quality color and texture information. This paper, the study of real-time three-dimensional shape and color texture to obtain key technologies is based on fringe projection three-dimensional measurement. The main content of this paper:(1) The basic principle of fringe projection three-dimensional measurement technology.(2)The analysis of principle include:the phase principle of phase shift method and Fourier transform?Typical phase unwrapping algorithms and principle of three-dimensional reconstruction. A high-speed 3D measurement system based on absolute phase measurement and active color light illumination is proposed to capture 3D shape and color texture, which takes the advantages of the properties of digital projector. High-speed three-dimensional shape measurement system is designed based on the structure.A 3D shape measurement and color texture capture experiment is based on the color checkerboard and dynamic face change for test. The effect of the phase measurement error of the experimental results.The innovations of the project include:(1) A white image is projected and captured to calibrate the white balance. The improvement of three steps phase shift method and Fourier transform profilometry are proposed. This system does not increase the number of images to project and the measurement range of phase using Fourier transform profilometry is extended in this system.(2)On the basis of projection the white image, Only two color images are needed to project for the color texture,retrieval of 3D object. Get color texture reduces the required number of projection pattern. (3) The high-speed data acquisition system is designed based on the structure. The 3D data and color texture recording speed of 30 fps was archived.
