| The shortage of the traditional spatial distance measure and space description method currently in the new applications environment is obvious, for example, after the earthquake inclined dangerous inside buildings, mines, underground caves, such environment without light and GPS signals, which can’t rely on general survey method. Therefore, such application need an emergency search equipment for rapid deployment and distribution, and in order to minimize the consumption of electricity. In addition, the rapid rescue and research also need the color, texture and other detail information in environment which can provide much more information about the situation which could not described by the distance information. Therefore, the current trend will move toward machine vision and multi-direction.Such as laser sensor, acoustic sensor and integrated sensor ranging modes, most of them can achieve high-precision ranging, but, considering their shortcomings, which can’t provide color and texture information. And the price of the device sensor usually depend on the accurate of the sensor, which is not suitable for economic application and promotion in public. Therefore, dissertation propose a method using a modified ranging spotlight. The method according to the application environment is characterized by the lack of light, using a lens, reflector and LED spotlight which is modified to produce an edge effect of good lighting spot. Spot lighting provide the necessary light to capture images for the camera. And the camera can capture the subject distance and flat trends affecting the change of illumination spots, judge the distance and angle of the relationship between the observer and the plane. Get with the point cloud can achieve spatial shape acquisition and image.There are several problems from ordinary LED spotlight, which can’t provide a good uniform light source for the camera, and for the access of detail information, so dissertation propose a measure method with spotlight to meet the both the needs of light and structure light. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Based on analysis on reference data at home and abroad, dissertation summed up the most commonly used measurement with different ranging media and different method, including infrared laser light, ultrasonic waves, visible light, and their respective advantages and shortage in different environments. Dissertation compared several common ranging method from each other, then focusing on the main application of visible laser, infrared and electro-optical pen measuring medium for the occasion and their own defects. Analysis of the disaster site and underground caves in operations which is searching for missing in dark environment, and search in these dark environment which rely on light to capture image and obtain information on the characteristics of the image, this paper proposes solutions to this kind of topic and environment.(2) Based on the measured characteristics of improved light spot in terms of structure, it proposes the use of improved realization from the spotlight program measurement. Building hardware measuring apparatus and models, to realize image acquisition, noise reduction, filtering, segmentation, edge capture, extract measurement center, triangulation calculation model in a stable light environment. Analysis of factors affecting the spotlight range accuracy, and precision in comparison with the laser under the same circumstances, to verify the availability of this design. Verify that the changes will affect the accuracy of light ranging spotlight.(3).Verify the validity and accuracy ranging spotlight in a complex triangulation ranging model, the establishment of a distance ranging from the model proposed with improved spot light in math model. Then establish the corresponding collection system, data collection, data fitting, verify that the area the availability of distance measurement model. Disadvantages of several method, ranging accuracy and vulnerable to the impact of the condition are all list in the experimental to test.(4) The establishment of an angle measurement model, in the case of a known angle image capture, verify on the plane with respect to the phase angle measuring machine availability model. Verify projecting direction spotlight spot with the relative angle between the plane of the relative relations, including the angle of tensile and compressive reasons. Ranging use model, equipped with controllable pan achieve circle rotation, the ability to capture a two-dimensional spatial profile implementation.(5) The results show that this method can significantly improve the measurement and the search for dark environment issues. |
