Photo Management System Design And Implementation

This thesis introduces the research on design and implement of the photograph management system, which is a sub-system in information management system of National Mandarin Level Testing. The purpose and signification of design the management system is to improve the management of information and photos in Mandarin Level Testing, increases work efficiency as well. This system could resolve the problems as follow:1.the disorder of examinees'photograph import; 2.the bottleneck of photograph storage; 3.with the data increase, more time is needed in data search and statistic in database, and performance reduction of the database.According to the actual situation of the photo management system, under this background, this paper mainly studies the picture rotation adjustment, correction and photo, photo cropping and scaling photo background filtering by SUSAN corner detection algorithm to achieve photo rotation adjustment. In this paper, the combination of C/s and B/S architecture design system, using Oracle database, Visual C++development environment, using UML technology to the system each function module design. From the point of view of software development, software development in accordance with the general steps of, and developed a line with the demand of the management information system.The major functions for this system are concluded as below:1. Live photographing and processing:this photographing management system is connected with information management system of National Mandarin Level Testing. Users can download information about examinees in the same batch through internet, taking ID card number as key data and link it to related data sheet. The information for certain examinee can be easily founded through this system and then live photographing process would be conducted. In detail, this system can conveniently served in photographing, photo revising, photos uploading, printing and querying.2. Batch process of photos:batch process means a local processing of several picture files in the same time through management system and let them meet the requirement of system. There are two aspects for this function:a. Check whether the resolution fulfills the request of system. If not, our system would classify it as unqualified photos; b. For those qualified photos, check whether the length/breadth ratio meets system requirement. If not, revise the photos according to the standards.With a lot researches, the design and implement of <photograph management system> is completed, and the system performs very well in the Mandarin Level Testing. This system improves the standardization and convenience in photographing during the Mandarin Level Testing, shows the authority and solemnity of the Mandarin Level Testing in Hunan Province, and also improves the operating efficiency of relevant department.
