Culture is not only the soul of a city and its spiritual pillar, but also the blood of a nation. While the twenty-first Century is the Internet, mobile Internet era of rapid development, the Internet-based upgrade of traditional resources has become more and more urgent with the Internet Plus strategy launched at the national level. Culture is not only the witness of country and city's glory, but also the common wealth of human society, which is easy to digitalize and spread. Xi'an is a famous historic and cultural city, with its rich cultural and tourism resources, rich, deep, large scale, high quality and well-known. Seizing the opportunity in the new era to transform the traditional culture through the Internet thinking and means, and, constructing the digital platform of city cultural resources, are important measures to realize the promotion and the everlasting digitization of its culture. Through the construction of the digital platform of Xi'an and Shaanxi cultural resources, and, the collection and indexing of them, a unified display platform with multi terminals will be set up, and the channel of the digital display and sharing method of city culture will be enhanced.As the characteristics of Xi'an city culture and tourism resources, huge volume and large variety, it's of great significance of research to construct database of large-scale data sets and realize its fast indexing. On the basis of this, the B2 C mode of culture and tourism resource management is an important means for the ecological construction of city cultural resource platform. Moreover, through the big data platform and recommendation algorithm, we could provide specific users with more accurate services to improve their experience and expand the appeal of the platform.In this paper, we focused on the construction of city cultural resource digital platform. Firstly, two core technologies involved in the project construction are introduced, including Java EE platform related technologies and Spark big data processing platform technologies. Then we will turn to the platform construction. The requirement analysis, the design, and the implementation of the platform will be introduced. In platform implementation part, the realization of digital platform of city cultural resources and the implementation of big data analysis engine will be included. Logical analysis of several core business, several key components of the system and the implementation of Spark-based big data engine are three main sections which will be token as the emphasis in the discussion. In business logic analysis section, several pivotal scenes such as content management of cultural partners, user ordering and so on will be involved. Next, in components and architecture implementation of the platform section, Fast ORMapping, EasyCache and several Utility tools will be analyzed, which are important pillars of the system business logic and system architecture. Last but not least, in the implementation of big data engine section, the construction of Spark based big data platform, the analysis and implementation of collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm will be discussed.
