Under the background of developing a servo control system for airborne radar, this thesis introduces a hardware and software design scheme of the servo control system in detail, which contains the overall design scheme of hardware, the realization of hardware, the development of DSP master control program, and the function of the system four parts. The main work of the thesis are as follows,1. According to the functional requirements and technical specifications of the servo system, the overall scheme of the servo system is designed, which includes two aspects: hardware and software. The hardware using DSP+FPGA architecture, the software using the upper computer program+FPGA program+DSP program architecture.2. The design of every part of the servo system control board is introduced, and some key points of the design are described.3. The three loop control method, PID controller, feedforward controller and trajectory planning algorithm used in servo control software are introduced in detail. The PID controller and feedfoward controller are discretized, and the defects of traditional PID controller are proposed. In addition, the core algorithm of five kinds of fan – sweeping mode is introduced, which is based on the sinusoidal trajectory planning algorithm.4. DSP master control program is developed. Using the structured programming method, the paper gives the overall flow chart of DSP software, and then introduces the meaning and the realization method of each function of the servo system, and gives the corresponding program flow chart.5. The debugging of servo system is introduced. From the control board of the hardware debugging, to the final system of the joint commissioning, the debugging method, process and the need to pay attention to the main points are introduced, and the debugging results are analyzed.At present, the debugging of the servo system has been basically completed, and reached the technical indicators.
