Servo control system is one class of the automatic control system, in the civil, industrial, military and other fields has been widely used. As it's application Workers are freed from the heavy monotonous human manual labor to some extent.Even in some areas we have achieved the work unattended.This article designs a control system according to a project, which aims to control multiple servo system unit by a upper control computer to achieve more controlled object's motion control.More controlled object's motion control systems connect with the host control computer by RS485 bus communication.In order to ensure that all are able to promptly and accurately to receive the datas or instruction informations from the upper control computer, this article designs a more reliable protocol of communication.This article explores a classical Servo control system architecture for Controlled object's motion control system.The system adopts the AC servo motor combinding with a certain reduction ratio of the planetary reducer to drive the controlled object smoothly. Servo control system uses high-precision dual-channel rotary transformer as a position detector, and achieve a high precision position tracking by combination with crude way proficient Road in the software program.This article designs servo controller using DSP-controller chip as the main chip. It gives full play to the DSP processing speed for complex features of the algorithm. In a very short time period DSP makes the servo controller to complete a series of action such as receiving the target position,sampling the actual location information of the system,calculating the control value through the Division PID and feedforward compensation control algorithm, driving the motor to drive the controlled object pointing to a given location and so on.Currently, the system has been completed the overall system design, servo system hardware, software design work.
