In the early stage, a large number of research results have been done on the nuclear electromagnetic pulse signal produced by high altitude nuclear explosion. Soon afterwards, the research on high power microwave and ultra wide band electromagnetic pulse is developed. These electromagnetic pulse signals have several common characteristics, including shorter rise time, higher energy, and so on. In addition, they can enter the communication electronic system through the antenna, cables, and the coupling way such as hole seam, so that the internal device and components to be serious interfered, and even cause the system to be unable to work. Therefore, it is very necessary to suppress this kind of electromagnetic pulse, to protect the post stage circuit not to be destroyed. For the protection of the power line, this thesis mainly studies the role of high power pulse on the power supply line. Based on the source characteristics of the three kinds of high power pulse signal, the coupling condition of the power cord, and other factors, a strong electromagnetic pulse power filter is designed based on the CE102 test standard. The main contents of this thesis include the following aspects:Firstly, the main frequency band of the time domain, frequency domain characteristics and energy distribution of the three kinds of electromagnetic pulse is analyzed in this thesis.Secondly, according to the transmission line theory, the coupling current of the three kinds of electromagnetic pulse in the power supply line is obtained by using Agrawal model. Then, MATLAB is used to simulate the variables in the control variable method, and the variation of the coupling current is found.Thirdly, the method of selecting the transient components is given, by using the suppression effect of transient components on high power pulse. According to the design method of steady state filter circuit of power supply filter, the design content mainly includes the calculation of insertion loss, the determination of cut-off frequency and the impedance matching and mismatch analysis of specific content. Then, the design of power filter is accomplished by using the method of transient suppression and steady state filter circuit, and simulation analysis of the filter is carried out by using PSPice software. The simulation content includes the simulation of the insertion loss, the simulation of the high frequency characteristic, the simulation of the amplitude frequency characteristic and phase frequency characteristic of the filter, and so on.Finally, the detailed circuit diagram of the 220ADC/30 A strong electromagnetic pulse power filter is given.
