In 2013, market size of APP was as high as 12.44 billions, and it is developing at a high-speed 50% increasing. Education, government, finance and telecommunications industries have huge demand, accounted for more than 10% of the proportion of the total demand.APP takes place of the WAP site and becomes the mainstream in mobile applications on mobile phones, which is to be seen as the fact that after a period of time we get this conclusion: “As long as the mobile phones swept the world, the development of mobile Internet will reach the peak, driving the APP application industry, therefore, enterprise APP marketing is the new era of WAP marketing.”In the face of such a broad enterprise application market, there is no such a better business model to solve the development needs of the business and the development needs of their own business goals for the current market. In the current mobile APP market, the Android market has gradually exceeded APPLE sales to be the world's first, so it's the springtime for the demand Android APP development. As enterprise WAP in a global wave of mobile Internet is flourishing, the fire of another revolution of the mobile Internet has provoked more attention. In this revolution, the APP on the smart phone as the representatives, compared to the WAP site of the fire, mobile APP has a strong momentum of development.This paper has three parts: the first, at present, mobile Android APP development personnel need to pass a special training lasting for 1 to 6 months so that they can be basically competent the development and production of App Android, while there is a huge gap in App Android development staff. In this research and implementation of App Android rapid development platform, the significance is that the existing Web developers can be developed in a week App Android development, testing. The platform data query and operation module production aims at reducing the Android APP developer training cycle, making existing Web application developers have no need to learn new knowledge can be competent for Android App development and reducing the Android App project cycle time and the company cost, which are possible for software personnel to make notable increases from its output per unit time.The second, this thesis makes a theoretical exploration on the rapid development platform of mobile application, and analyzes and compares with the present technology. And UML was used to analyze the use cases, to design and to implement the rapid development platform of mobile application. A frame structure replacing ordinary interface with HTML is proposed.The third, this thesis implemented the modules of login, data query, Sq Lite, invoking MP3 module in backstage and HTML front stage performance and Java Script communication between backstage and front stage.This system can achieve the effect that the Web development staff can be competent for the general management of the type App Android development by attending a simple training with no need to learn new language and new technology, just through the existing technology. Through the flexible use in App Web View of Android App, the rapid development platform makes the enterprise train the existing Web developers and create value in the development of the Android App force, in order to achieve the reduction of technical personnel mobile development cycle; For enterprises, to reduce the cost of mobile application projects to provide a stable and reliable use of fast mobile development platform, and ultimately to promote the rapid development of mobile applications, and data query and operation module is the core part of this development platform.
