Ghost imaging is a new kind of imaging technologies developed in recent ten years. Ghost imaging attracts a lot of attentions and shows great potential in practice because of its advantages including the simplicity of system, reliability and high resolution ratio. Compressed sensing theory is a signal processing methods which rise in recent years, it can recover the original signal without losing the information required for approximating the original signal.Limited by the correlation of light fields, ghost imaging needs a large amount of measurements which cost a long time. Combining compressive sensing with ghost imaging can shorten the sampling time and acquire high-quality images. This empirical study mainly focuses on spatial light modulator ghost imaging by setting the theoretical framework of ghost imaging together with the theoretical analysis and algorithm emulation of compressive sensing. In this paper, an experiment on spatial light modulator ghost imaging is designed and successfully realizes the image reconstruction in spatial light modulator ghost imaging under the help of OMP and the theoretical construct of compressive sensing.
