We are in a big data era,academic,business,government,and other fields has accumulated a lot of network behavior data,through the analysis of these data we can get useful information for study,life and work.Big data will be for the human life creates unprecedented quantifiable dimension.Big Data has become a source of new services and new creation.The information technology and the integration of education is an important direction of education reform.Based on the concepts of data,the reform of education teaching mechanism,fully implement according to their aptitude,personalized learning in classroom teaching,which can effectively improve the learning efficiency.To the students of different levels,different teaching requirements and teaching content.Research questions classification help individual students,meet the students' personalized development.Degree of difficulty will try according to classification,the first pair of comprehensive grasp and understand students' learning situation has a very important role;The second can inspire students' enthusiasm for learning,also can prevent damage students' self-esteem;Third is conducive to freedom group volume accuracy,convenient the organization and management of the question.In addition,also can be applied to test is recommended.This article mainly through the C4.5 decision tree algorithm to classify each item according to its ease.First of all,the analysis to the question classification of research status at home and abroad;Secondly,using the quantitative analysis and statistical test method,test hypothesis proposed by the impact of each factor on item difficulty of significance,so as to find out the main factors influencing the test question how easily.Finally,introduces the C4.5 algorithm,and using this algorithm will try classification.This paper studies the main content is as follows:(1)describes the research background,purpose and significance of research status analysis and classification of questions.(2)According to the literature research,assuming that the factors that influence the test questions difficulty level using software SPSS21,test hypothesis proposed by the impact of various factors on item difficulty significance,so as to find out the main factors influencing the test question how easily.(3)Select properties,collecting and processing data and build ease analysis model test.(4)C4.5 decision tree algorithm can be used,according to the authentication questions will identify factors classification.(5)Design questions automatic classification capabilities,and to achieve.
