Design And Implementation Of Plan Execution System In Radar Debugging Workshop

Planning Execution System has already been applied in practices successfully and widely in workshops both at home and abroad. However, the adoption of traditional methods during the adjustment of products is still in the way of a better deliverability. Therefore, it is high time that workshops employ Planning Execution System to improve their management ability and work efficiency.The researches and design of Planning Execution System covered in this paper is based on the practical needs of the data collections, plans checking in Radar debugging workshops under the principles and methods of software engineering. There are in total 5 modules included in the system and they are system management, basic data management, debugging plan management, field data collection and planning execution tracking. The first module mainly focuses on the management of departments, users, roles and their rights while the second one is dealing with information about products and techniques in order to support the quick and accurate establishments of plans for model numbers, components and processes. Once the plans were assigned to the workshop, the module of field data collection will work together with management modules to achieve real-time collection of any problems happening and other information like test data. With the help of the last module, the statistical statement about model numbers, components, quality and online products will be formed.Others things like C/S framework of Net Platform, C language and Oracle Database are also employed during the research of the System.At present, the pilot-run of the System is undergoing in the radar debugging workshop and it proves to be quite efficient. Through the barcode, the workers can get a clear picture of what is going on in the workshop and by adjusting and administrating the problems, schedules and quality information during the procedures, the feedback can also be received on time, which made all the procedures under control and being digital and effective.
