With the rapid development of information network technology and the microblogging platform, weibo competition between enterprises are increasingly fierce.Increased product update speed, the user to select channels and relatively passive accept groups, these are directly responsible for weibo enterprise operating costs rising.Weibo enterprise in order to save marketing costs, therefore, need to improve the decision-making level, operational links can ensure that the market and status of the enterprise.At the same time, the microblogging platform, save huge amounts of data and data analysis of mature technology for the user relationship management also provides data and technical support.In this paper, based on this background, this paper discusses weibo user relationship management system in the terminal application design and implementation.Paper first combines the domestic various weibo enterprise reference software, summarized the common technique and summarized, in the work of various weibo enterprise on the basis of the practical application of customer relationship management (CRM) as demand analysis, the key analysis of customer relationship management (CRM) in all kinds of business data, including user basic information data management, user management, customer value, this paper analyzes the reasons of losing customers, explore potential users, detailing each function key points and establish the corresponding use case diagram.Next on the demand analysis to the detailed design of the software system, analyzes the main technical points of the function of each module and design, including the logic of the system database design, etc., finally, in system design based on the realization of the software system is given.The system through various mining user information, and strive to achieve the user value optimization, to provide better guidance for the enterprise marketing staff, so as to better attract users and provide service for existing users, for the enterprise to make suitable for their own marketing strategy, so as to develop functional broader microblogging communication platform.
