Design And Implementation Of One-Stop Service System In General Hospital

To alleviate the problem of expensive and difficult to see a doctor, improve treatment efficiency and to reduce patients'waiting time and ease the conflict between doctors and patients are priority and difficult points in national healthcare reform. The key to solve the problem is to improve the patient treatment efficiency.The dissertation proposes a new information system to perfect treatment process, to remove the most time-consuming session, to establish the time division appointment mechanism and to adopt third party payment by investigating and analyzing the traditional way of medical treatment process. The information system aims at perfection of "one-stop" service which means patients medical treatment process are simplified to the minimum extent. The research and field work show that information based "one-stop'" service can obviously improve patient treatment efficiency, reduce waiting time and attain patient higher satisfaction. The dissertation focus on how to solve the difficult points in patient medical treatment by using "one-stop" service and SOA based information system. The information system details realization of function and designing of "one-stop" service including perfection and reduction of treatment process, designing of third party payment. The third party payment means using a port to connect the hospital and the third party so that patients can register and pay much more easily. In addition, the realization of time division appointment mechanism will also be illustrated in the dissertation.The software adopts object-orientated development method and the language is Visual C#. We also use.NET Framework4.0 to combine competitive function with new technology. As to database, we choose DB2 from IBM company as the database management system.Now, the system has already passed the exam and the "one-stop" service has been online in Shanghai General Hospital. The utilization of the system shows that "one-stop" service has greatly saved cost of human resource, improved healthcare quality and patient experience.
