Wireless spectrum is an indispensable valuable resource in the field of wireless communication. With the development of wireless communication technology, the communication bandwidth that people can acquire is increasing continuously. The data transmission rate of wireless mobile communication increases from a few k bits per second to hundreds of kilobits per second. In the near future it also may increase to hundreds of megabits per second. Even so, with the continuous expansion of wireless applications, the rapid growth of the demand for wireless communication services, the existing bandwidth is still unable to meet the growing demand for wireless access. To alleviate this contradiction, on the one hand, people constantly develop new wireless access technology, using new band to provide a variety of business; On the other hand, people continue to improve all kinds of coding modulation, to improve efficiency in the use of wireless spectrum. Due to the limitation of the size and power of the mobile terminal antenna, the frequency band can be used for wireless access is very limited. The scarcity of spectrum resources has become an important issue in the field of wireless application research cannot be avoided. At present, through the study we find that many of the allocation of the actual utilization of the spectrum resources is not high, most of the band is rarely or basically no use. Game theory is a kind of effective method for the limited resource allocation. We put the minority game of game theory as a model, introducing learning mechanism and spy mechanism, by the two kinds of mechanism in the allocation of radio spectrum resources in radio and television white frequency spectrum, and simulation and analysis for different conditions of radio frequency spectrum allocation problem. Through these two kinds of mechanisms, we configure the radio frequency spectrum in wireless spectrum resources. According to the different conditions, we have simulated and analyzed the radio frequency spectrum allocation problem. The main content of this paper are as follows:Firstly, we analyze the domestic and foreign research status and significance of wireless spectrum, introduces some research achievements in the field of wireless spectrum resource allocation. This paper simply introduces the minority game model, and gives an example to illustrate the application of game theory in solving the problem of radio spectrum resource allocation.Secondly, we introduce the concept of wireless spectrum resources, and focus on the radio frequency spectrum. This paper introduces and analyzes the allocation and utilization of the wireless spectrum.Thirdly, we introduce the origin and development of the modern game theory in detail, and focus on the game model of the improved minority. Game theory is an effective method to solve the problem of radio spectrum resource allocation. We use game theory as the basis of the research of wireless spectrum resource allocation. By examples, the paper proves the application of game theory in wireless spectrum resource allocation.Fourthly, based on the minority game model of game theory, the mechanism and learning mechanism are introduced into the allocation of wireless spectrum resources. The spy mechanism increases the competition between users, and the learning mechanism increases the efficiency of the system. In order to find the best learning strategy, this paper through the research of different ratio of spies, different proportion of learning users, the introduction of different learning strategies. Finally get the most effective utilization rate of the wireless spectrum, to get the best learning strategies. In order to verify the feasibility of the algorithm, MATLAB is used as a simulation tool to simulate and analyze the one thousand and one users who use the algorithm. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm improves the utilization of wireless spectrum resources, and ensures the competitive of the use of spectrum resources. The technology of wireless spectrum resource allocation based on the game theory provides a new way for the study of spectrum allocation problem. The innovation of this paper lies in learning mechanisms of classification research, played a positive role for the further study of the wireless spectrum resource allocation.
