Design And Implementation Of The Mobile Music Player System Based On The User-joint-article-filter Music Recommended

With the progress of science and technology,as well as the rapid spread of mobile phones,smart phones are gradually coming into our lives and changing our lifestyles day by day.As a common application for smart-phone software,the music player software in smart-phone plays a very important role in our lives.Currently smart-phone music player software is classified by different ways,including local versions of Android music apps,network version of Android's music software,supports download play Android music apps,Android to support online play music software,recommendations of the Android music player software,no recommended features of the Android music player software.There is no tracking recommendations in traditional mobile phone music player software.And it would be difficult for the user to get information from a large number of music.Therefore,this thesis intends to design and implement a mobile music player system which has a function of music recommendation.At present,The Association Rule-based Recommendation,Content-based Recommendation,User-based Collaborative Filtering Recommendation and Item-based Collaborative Filtering Recommendation are common to recommended algorithms.Association Rule-based Recommendation exists the shortcomings that difficult to extract rules and the degree of personalized is low.Content-based Recommendation exist complex property to processing of shortcomings.User-based Collaborative Filtering Recommendation has shortcomings such as sparse data,poor scalability,Cold Start and so on.Item-based Collaborative Filtering Recommendation has the shortcomings such as the diversity difference and the difficulty of updating the related table of the item.Therefore,this thesis intends to design a joint recommendation algorithm based on User-based Collaborative Filtering Recommendation and Item-based Collaborative Filtering Recommendation which are used to implement the recommendation function of the mobile music player system.The main works of this thesis includes several following aspects:(1)This thesis studies User-based Collaborative Filtering Recommendation and Item-based Collaborative Filtering Recommendation,then proposes a joint recommendation algorithm based on users and items,and applies to the realization of the function of system tracks to recommend.(2)Designing and implementing the mobile music player software.The software has many functions,for example,user Login in and Registration Function,Local Music Acquisition and Playback Function,Network Music Caching and Download Function,Recording and Visualization Function.(3)Designing and implementing the PC Management Software.The software has the functions of Login in,Managing Singers' and Songs' Information,Managing Albums' Information.(4)Designing and implementing the server software system.The software has the functions of Receiving and Sending music data,Operating the Music Database and Recommending music.
