Wireless technology is continuously evolving, and the development of new versions of adaptive protocols and mechanisms are at their peak to achieve high performance in network-based applications and services.4G LTE network has low latency and high bandwidth and has been popularized by network operators. LTE networks offer broadband wireless access to users who can benefit from high data rate applications such as video streaming. However, the high energy consumption of these applications has not been considered. The end user quality of experience (QoE) of video delivery over a radio network is mainly influenced by the radio parameters in the radio access network. This high rate of application is not only high energy consumption and long streaming is still the bottleneck of the network in power and data processing ability limited mobile terminals. Due to the low utilization of LTE network, bandwidth is limited in the long streaming transmission process, resulting in a long data loading time, while also accompanied by delay, jitter, re-transmission issue. This disadvantage not only damages QoE, but also causes unnecessary power consumption. Basing on the in-depth study of streaming transmission and energy efficiency mechanism in LTE network, we present a multiple framework QoE model (MQoE), which is based on the existing QoE model. We also propose an energy efficiencient strategy based on MQoE.Traditional QoE analysis model is only from the aspect of network technology to analyze various factors on user perceived quality. Single analysis model is unable to fully consider QoE. Our study analyze user perceived subjective and objective quality by establishing a multiple framework QoE analysis model(M-QoE). Firstly, we build the mapping relationship between QoS(Quality of Service) and QoE to analyze the objective QoE. Then, we analyze the subjective QoE based on Kano model. MQoE model is used to analyze the influence of various factors on the user perceived QoE and to the influence of current transmission link on terminal equipment. Based on analyze the influence of various factors on the user perceived QoE, we design an energy efficiency mechanism based on MQoE (E2-MQoE). This mechanism takes into account the issue of QoE and energy efficiency, and determines whether to terminate the current request links according to user behavior and perceptual experience to increase the sleep time of equipment and protect the user QoE while reducing the energy consumption of the device. The experiment results show that, compared with the traditional QoE model, MQoE can be more comprehensive and accurate. E2-MQoE method has overcome the problem of media streaming transmission process of QoE in the case of the burden of energy consumption, and achieved the effect of energy efficiency.
