| Compared with the traditional large logistics warehouse, the operators of the mini storage made the small enclosed spaces as the unit for rent,at the same time, the operators providing services such as monitoring and controlling the information of temperature and time, security and some others to the users. The operator of the mini storage will charge the users according to how large of the storage room is, how long the users rented,whether the temperature controlling is needed and some other conditions. The circuit is that how to acquire and control the information of time and temperature and the communication system based on RS-485 were designed in this system.So the operators of the mini storage can monitor and manage the storage room conveniently.The framework of this system is that adopting an industrial PC as the upper computer, and it is responsible for setting and displaying of the parameters and real-time monitoring;AT89S52 single chip computer is taking the part of the lower controller in each storage room, and it realized acquiring and controlling the information of temperature and time, and at the same time, it offers the resources such as the 2×3keyboard and lcd 1602 to the costumers that is used to interacting with the computer, so the parameters of each storage room can be set personally. The system of communication network based on RS 485 bus realized the function of serial communication between the PC and multiple lower computer single chip computers.This system is that monitoring and controlling the information of temperature and time, which is based on AT89S52 single chip computer and adopting with digital integrated chips. It is more precision, stability and practical compared with traditional system which based on analog temperature sensor. The way of power supply of this system is very flexible, and the system is more transplantable and extendibility than others, beside that it is low cost. |
