With the development of information technology, the traditional requirements for teacher preparation school exam papers, printing papers, and then need to arrange for the examination, invigilators and collecting papers, final assessment also needs to change, commenting papers and analysis papers, continuing the long-examinations highlights a lot of questions. This long and complicated process, no longer meet the needs of modern teaching. With the rapid rise of high-tech, traditional examinations facing huge impact, will gradually replace the existing network test mode of examination.The author finished the following tasks:1. We made Deep research in university's teaching exam mode, combined with the software requirements analysis, completed the online examination system analysis and system user needs analysis, including functional and non-functional requirements analysis needs analysis.2. On the basis of the needs analysis, We used the object-oriented system design, and UML language for system function module design, flow chart design, diagram design, and gave the system database model.3.Based on the above things, Using Web architecture model, We programed and achieved the major functions of the system, and did the system testing using black box test method. System main function module is divided into functional modules of students, teachers, administrators, and system function modules function modules. The main function of the students function modules including online exams and query results; teacher management modules include paper title, after the test scoring and student achievement inquiry; administrator function module includes basic information(student information, teacher information, etc.) management, paper management, exam information management.By way of this examination, candidates can test remotely through a Web browser, teachers can remotely via Web marking, managers can conduct the examination publish, manage, and query statistics exam results through the client program. Online examination system had broken through the traditional examination is limited in time and space.
