With the point cloud technologyg more and more pressing needs in the industrial field in recent years, the point cloud technologyg related industries and research have made great development and wide application prospects.Point cloud technologyg is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is about the object contour information acquisition and capture, namely 3D point cloud data acquisition. The second part is a three-dimensional point cloud data processing, this also is the mainpoint of this article.The third part is the 3D model of entity modeling.The article is from the three parts for a robot engraving system has carried on the detailed research and discussion.First for the research background and research status at home and abroad in detail list and instructions, for the industry development trend of related knowledge is very important, international and domestic development of point cloud technologyg are hot in recent years, there have been some international mature technology and enterprise, and scientific research institutions in more in-depth research and innovation, in the 3D model and calculation speed of acquisition mode optimization.At the same time, combined with the protection of cultural relics and its digital direction of the research, in the early time, for different parts of the country architecture, carving patterns, such as furniture, cultural relics, adornment material and save the way and so on has carried on the detailed investigation and make a summary.Then to combine the robots, 3D scanner and guide the robot scanning system in detail, and analyses their advantages and disadvantages.Next to the point cloud data processing algorithm optimization, in recent years, the point cloud data processing and 3D data of surveying and mapping, the direction of the hot research issues such as the algorithm has many scholars put forward different views, this paper puts forward a kind of to spherical grid algorithm based on least square method, the algorithm for the redundancy point out the reduction degree and triangle and iterative algorithm of computation is greatly improved.On the theoretical support of algorithm, the use of the existing 3D scanner, scan on the human body model.For the next two 3D scanning data processing of actual project has carried on the detailed instructions.In the two projects, mainly for cultural relics of the data acquisition and processing, finally get the complete 3D model and the point cloud data, for the digital development of the cultural relics is very meaningful.The two projects have different, one is more than a small cultural relics of 3D data processing, the other one is unable to move the data acquisition and processing of large cultural relics.In the data processing and building solid model used to illustrate the software and its function and operation steps.The final model for point cloud technologyg of two different acquisition modes are described, one is using numerical control machine three-dimensional sculpture, is a kind of more fire 3D printing technology in recent years.And for CNC engraving machine in context, an optimized design scheme is given.
