With the continuous development of network technology, computer constantly into People's Daily lives, and affects every aspect of people's life. Education is no exception, the traditional teaching model is single, and can't realize Individualized, so this also prompted arise of the personalized learning system.Personalized learning system can according to the student e interests to recommend effective learning resources for students, this system has improved the effective of study and quality of study.In this paper, on the basis of the further study of ontology and related technology, combined with the relationship between the concept and the structure of concept, this paper proposes a semantic similarity calculation method based on ontology, in the process of building a model of student interest and learning resources vector model, we give full consideration to the semantic information between keywords, and effectively improve the accuracy of the model of student interest and learning resources vector model; In the process of students' learning, by tracking and analyzing the students' learning behavior, we use the credibility method of the artificial intelligence to calculate the influence of the degree of learning behavior for students interest, mining learning resources of students interested in, in the case of don't disturb the students learning to update students interest model. On this basis, implements a personalized learning system based on student interest model, through calculation similarity of student interest model and learning resources vector model, system recommend a similar higher learning resources to student, implements the personalized teaching.This system is divided into five modules, system management module, based on ontology semantic similarity calculation module, resource management module, student study management module, personalized recommendation module. This paper gives the system demand analysis, system structure design, database design and function realization, at the end of this paper, through the experiment, we verified the system has certain effect in improving learning resources recommended accuracy and improve students learning efficiency.
