Some important characteristics of the 21 st century are "digital", "network" and "information technology". It is an age with network as the core. With the development of society, people's living space is filled with information. Information plays a more and more important role in our modern life and work.Nowadays who owns the information who will own the success. How to manage the more and more amount of information easily, conveniently and quickly becomes the most prominent question for people to handle.In order to solve the outstanding problems, people ‘s information release platform was designed and implemented. The limited information, the overhead spend, the single type of information are the shortcomings of information release system based on Web.As a result, designing and implement an automatic management, large amount, quickly update,diversified information release platform becomes urgently needs to solve the problem.This paper designed a kind of "information release platform based on J2 EE. First of all, the process of press release made a careful investigation, and the demand for information release system made a detailed analysis. Secondly, according to the result of requirement analysis.It studies the theory of technology and tools, in the case of consulting a large number of literature, uses J2 EE as a development tool. Thirdly, according to the result of requirement analysis to design the function of information release system, and the information released work process and the performance requirements, design a suitable and safe database for the implementation of this system architecture, and realized it. This system adopts J2 EE five layer architecture of the MVC pattern, namely adds a layer of persistence layer. The message can release efficiently and quickly.This system has a rich, strong scalability, portability strong, high security advantages. It improves the efficiency of information release, saves the information release time, reduces the cost of publishing, and also improve the level of the management.This system has realized the basic function, but the work still need a further improvement, an enhance performance, and need to join the intelligent algorithm, to improve the ability to predict the website.
