Now,the traditional PID control algorithm was generally used in the control system,but,the traditional PID control algorithm also own some defects,especially,there is a contradiction between the heating rate and the overshoot,at the same time,for the blackbody source control system with the characteristic of non-liner,pure time-delay,large inertia,we are hard to precise control the system in the traditional PID control algorithm.This paper proposes a method of blackbody source control system based on Active Disturbances Rejection Control(ADRC)algorithm.Firstly,we made a presentation for the PID control algorithm,then analyzed the two algorithm between PID and ADRC,and this paper decided to use ADRC control algorithm in the control system,The ADRC system own perfect theory and simple algorithm,it is the most important things that the ADRC does not rely on the precise mathematical model.And it have resolved the contradiction between the heating rate and the overshoot by adding to TD,ESO and NLSEF.And then the comparison of the blackbody source control system between PID and ADRC is made according to the result of simulation.Then analyzed the feasibility of using ADRC algorithm in the control system.At last,we programmed a blackbody source control system based on ADRC in the LabVIEW.and traditional PID control algorithm and ADRC algorithm were debugged in LabVIEW.System functions include: temperature control,data acquisition,alarm and other functions.After,we use the critical ratio method and empirical formula to determine a mathematical model and related parameters of the electric heating blackbody source,so we can real-time debug the control system by ADRC algorithm and the traditional PID control algorithm.In real-time debugging process,temperature control system compares the real-time temperature with the set value and the resulting difference as a control input module.Then the export in the form of a square wave transmitted to controlled object.By adjusting the duty cycle of the square wave pulse to achieve solid-state relay off to control the heating resistance,therefore the system can be controlled better.The simulation and experiments show that the blackbody source control system based on ADRC algorithm heat up fast,steady speed and no overshoot,and the result shows that the ADRC algorithm is superior to traditional PID control algorithm.
