In recent years, the rapid development of the Internet, making the operation of the Internet in the presence of a large number of users, the number of high concurrency, good user experience and cost aspects of the test. Some Internet applications because of its particularity, to meet these requirements, the need for a large number of computing resources, and unreasonable deployment of resources will often result in a huge waste, resulting in low system cost. How to solve this problem will be the focus of this paper.In order to achieve high performance, cost-effective Internet applications as a guide, combined with the actual needs of the project, made a thorough study in the following aspects: the analysis of the cloud computing theory and technology, especially the expansion of cloud computing, elastic cloud monitoring, cloud technology transfer theory application, using openstack open source Suite built a cloud platform as the experimental platform, this platform can be dynamically scalable computing resources; combination forecast theory, the prediction of dynamic memory resource allocation algorithm of cloud adaptive filtering and least square method based on the combination of design, the system can solve the computing resources of computing resources recycling problems with the amount of business and dynamic distribution so, the computing resources on-demand access to the scene, reduce the waste of computing resources; in-depth study of software service thinking Think, and the system according to the function and importance of service to split, the design and implementation of the scheduling service platform based on unified command to simplify the relationship between multiple services and the upper application and service and is called, method invocation to simplify and improve the system in the later period of maintainability; in high performance constructed request based on the distributed caching, message queue, multi thread and non blocking input output technology background service collection so that the system can quickly respond to the user in the software level.The above research results in the author for a company to develop a low-cost goods and coupons spike system to get the actual use. The platform is deployed to a private cloud, which greatly reduces the waste of resources to meet the availability of system reliability. Practice has proved the effectiveness of the research results, in order to meet the needs of users at the same time, saving the system operating costs.
