This project comes from Automatic reconstruction project of Guangdong Meizhi Compressor Co., Ltd. We designed the mechanical and electrical control system according to the needs of enterprises and combining with the actual situation of the industrial field and cost budget. And we studied the position identification method of motor stator and the visual inspection method of the motor's lead out line. We developed a set of automatic feeding system and completed the design of the mechanical, electrical control system and software, and also developed a visual detection algorithm software. The research work of this paper mainly includes the following points:1. Based on understand of the enterprises' related equipment, and consider the actual demand and cost budget, etc comprehensive factors, select PLC as the host computer, the touch screen as man-machine interactive equipment, and combined with the industrial robot and visual system, a complete set of electrical system control scheme is designed.2. Design the structure of a grab a plurality of stator crawlers, which greatly improve the crawling speed of feeding system. And design a kind of electromagnet independently floating self locking mechanism, which enables the system to be high speed capture placed flat there is a difference in the stator group. At the same time, through a floating electromagnet locking, the stator cannot be shake and fall when the robot move with high-speed.3. In order to guide the robot to grab the stator, based on the full analysis of the characteristics of the stator placed on the the car or the mesh frame, a sliding window based HOG algorithm is proposed to search and find the position of stators..4. To detect the stator placement orientation and lead wire, a blob detection method based on log feature is introduced, which satisfy the detection demand of the stator leads wire.In this paper, the combination of visual perception and industrial technology, which not only effectively solve the requirements of the paint system, but also greatly improve the overall operating speed of the system with high reliability and stability. Because China has great need in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment production, with the rise in labor costs and society to improve product quality requirements, a large number of production line need automatic upgrade. Therefore, immersion paint furnace automatic feeding system based on vision has broad application prospects.
