Research And Development Of LaiShang Bank Farmers Micro-credit Management Information System

With the rapid development of the world economy and the continued progress of the human society, especially the full application and innovation of computer and network technology, the connotation and applications of management information system have become more abundant. Farmers micro-credit business is a process to achieve a systematic management to farmers micro-credit. How to manage its cost effectively is not only the need of government-cost authorities, but also the urgent requirements of the construction unit. In this paper, we develop a cost management information system for government departments based on Laiwu City.Firstly, this paper discusses the background and the significance of the research, analyses current situation of domestic and foreign construction cost management, indicates lots of problems of the domestic construction cost management, and summarizes the main task.Secondly, this paper analyses system requirements and proposes overall system design. The system is divided into database management part, front-desk management part, backstage management part, decision support part and maintenance part based on three-tier B/S architecture. Technologies as ASP.NET, ADO.NET and C# used in system design are also introduced in this paper. Software development platform Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and database development platform Microsoft SQL 2008 are also described in detail.Thirdly, this paper presents a detailed design of the database which is the basis of management information system. Database is designed through ways of information needs, concept structure, logical structure, physical structure, according to the general steps of database plan. The design ideas and methods of database security are also given here.Then, this paper describes the implementation of various subsystems in detail. And the key technologies and the source codes are also given in this paper. And then I have made a conclusion about the main task and carried out a outlook about the future research orientation.In this paper, aimed to solve an array of problems of present farmers micro-credit such as complicated procedures, long period and the weak operability, I have made a full use of CNT and developed a MIS for Laiwu Bank. This MIS improved both efficiency and quality, simplify the loaning procedure and shorten the loaning period, which will help farmers hold the business opportunities and increase their income. Meanwhile, with the farmers microcredit system, the bank could supervise the fund flow and the economic benefits of financial products. Through the assistant decision-making function, the bank could adjust the interest rate and time of the financial products timely and flexibly and control the risk to achieve a best credit management.
