In the background of the computer network technology development and 3D laser reconstruction technology in various fields has been widely used. The development status and trend of 3D laser scanning, 3D model reconstruction, model visualization, 3D model base are analyzed in this paper. Aiming at the current lack of a complete set of model data acquisition, model building, model data management and model base, the paper proposes a 3D laser scanner to obtain point cloud data, multiple model reconstruction technology, relational database, document database and semantic based 3D interactive technology to realize the model database and unity3 D to realize the model of the model to build 3D model library system, for the user to build a system, complete, practical, application of a diversified 3D model library.With the modern information representation of the times, the details of a more realistic 3D model to become a new type of multimedia information resources, and to give people a sense of visual image, so the 3D model and 3D model library management technology has become a research focus in recent years, this paper is a complete set of technical analysis and simulation experiments, is a good way to study.In this paper, the 3D model reconstruction technology, model base and model application case visualization display, is a kind of reference solution to enrich the 3D model reconstruction, 3D model data management and application,further development of the application of 3D model library. The scheme has the following features: 1. The model base system based on Java EE is developed, which can greatly reduce the cost of development and implementation of the platform. Using advanced 3D laser scanner to obtain point cloud data, the use of professional software to carry out the point cloud data processing, to ensure the completeness, validity and accuracy of the data acquisition. For different models using different reconstruction scheme, to avoid the single cause of the reconstruction scheme is slow, the model data is large, the model is not complete and so on. It can meet the needs of users. The emerging-unity3 D technology realization of model base case, make the model more intuitive performance of the database application. Therefore, in the development of 3D model base with a good market background, this paper is based on the 3D laser point cloud reconstruction technology, 3D model library has a good promotion value.Finally,the system was tested. According to the performance test results, we analysisthe overall system performance with high concurrency,high scalability conclusion and good load balancing features.
