In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, problems in industrial control systems become more and more, and people have a lot of research on theirs security and stability. However, in practical problems, we not only need to ensure security and stability of systems, but also to ensure that the system satisfies the given performance index. Therefore, research on fault-tolerant control of the performance index play an important role in solving practical problems, which can be widely used in various industrial control process, and it is an important research topic.For fault-tolerant control problem, we study the nonlinear time varying delay singular systems. First, we design fault diagnosis observer based on Lyapunov Stability Theory and LMI method, and discuss the state estimation error of fault diagnosis observer. Furthermore, we construct a state feedback fault-tolerant controller, which not only can guarantee the stability of closed-loop system, but also make fault-tolerant controller satisfying given performance index H_?. Finally, simulation example demonstrates effectiveness and feasibility of fault-tolerant controller.We also study and investigate the nonlinear multiple time varying delay singular systems with fault-tolerant control problem. For solving the problem of fault-tolerant control for nonlinear perturbations, we construct fault diagnosis observer by using linear matrix inequalities and Lyapunov Stability Theory. Then we design a state feedback fault-tolerant controller, which can guarantee the stability of closed-loop system, and also satisfy the given performance index H_?. Finally, simulation result demonstrates feasibility and application value of proposed controller.
