With the development of the environment crisis,the development and utilization of solar energy have brought to the attention of the people.In recent years,countries have issued a series of policies,standards,aims to encourage and regulate the development of solar energy industry.Solar thermal utilization is a direct and efficient way of using solar energy.Nowadays,domestic solar water heater is turning to central hot water engineering systems in solar thermal utilization.To detect and control effectively,we would like to build a remote monitoring and control platform to the central hot water engineering systems,So as to use solar energy reasonably,At the present stage,the Solar-Hot-Water Project remote monitoring system based on PC platform is lack of mobility and is limited by time and space,to timely and effective monitoring system is difficult to System administrator,Mobile phone what is a kind of intelligent terminal has good portability.Via mobile Internet,System administrators can monitor the running condition and implement system configuration parameters of solar hot water engineering system by mobile phone anytime and anywhere.The purpose of this paper is to establish a set of mobile Solar-Hot-Water Project monitoring and control system based on mobile terminal.This system adopts the C/S structure and focuses on mobile phone client platform and server platform.In order to the system administrator can query and analyze data,this system will classified and integrated the data and send instant message to the client.At the same time,Users via their mobile phones to Solar-Hot-Water Project for remote monitoring and system configuration.In addition,Users can get the weather Information though the Client,So that the system administrator can adjust the control strategy for Solar-Hot-Water Project,So as to maximize energy saving effect and optimize the operation of the Solar-Hot-Water Project.First of all,we analyzed the demand of the mobile monitoring system for Solar-Hot-Water Project,which from market,function,and performance.On this basis,the paper puts forward a set of single Solar-Hot-Water Project of mobile monitoring system architecture and more than a set of project mobile monitoring and control system architecture.Based on functional requirements and performance requirements,the paper designed and implemented based on the Android platform of mobile Solar-Hot-Water Project monitoring and control system.In this paper,the design and implementation of the client graphical interface and communication module between client and server are expounded in detail,Besides,the design concepts and IOCP model of network module are described emphatically.At the end of paper,to carry on the overall test of the mobile monitoring and control system and the TPS(Transaction Per Second)test of the server,we set up a set of simulated Solar-Hot-Water Project systems,Furthermore,the paper gives analyses for energy and traffic consumption,and puts forward relevant optimization strategy to the problems which expose by the analyses.
