The Networked Control System( NCS) covers the communication technology, information technology and control technology, The Networked Control System provides a new model for enterprise management and industrial control, etc.. The Networked Control System is a control platform which based on the public network control system, also makes the control signal and the system information transmitted between the control unit. The Networked Control System has the advantages of resource sharing, remote control, convenient design, convenient maintenance and low cost, etc.. At the present, the complex and large-scale development direction of modern system has become a trend however, once a sudden failure appears, it may endanger the safety of personnel and property, and cause huge economic losses. Therefore, the control system must have higher safety and reliability. Fault tolerant control technology, which can let the system be in the original performance or in the range of acceptable performance control tasks as required when part of the device of the system burst failure. So, in order to ensure the Networked Control System's safety and stability, fault-tolerant control technology provides a guarantee for solving the sudden failure of the Networked Control System.In this paper, aiming at the network control system, the main part of the research is that the system is still able to run stably in a certain range when some parts of the device burst fault in the system.First of all, according to the Networked Control System with time delay, the system's fault-tolerant control problem is studied. Establishing the discrete mathematical model of the Network Control System, then based on the Discrete System Bounded Real Lemma, designing a kind of actuator fault-tolerant controller which can make the system asymptotically stable in the case of actuator failure.Then, the fault-tolerant control problem of the Networked Control System with control delay is studied. The fault model is equivalent to switch model, and according to the combining of the Lyapunov stability theorem and the Schur complement lemma, a kind of fault-tolerant controller design method is proposed that the system can run stability in the case of sensor and actuator both in failure.
