Due to the rapid development of wireless communication technology and computer technology,the usage of smart phones and tablet computer is far greater than the count of PC usage,due to lack of performance of a variety of mobile terminals,such as battery life,itself storage space and processing power limited,compute-intensive tasks were implemented in the mobile that will produce considerable energy and computational cost.In the mobile cloud computing effective offloading and task migration not only improves the data storage and processing ability of mobile terminals,but also improves the reliability and reduces the power consumption of mobile terminals.With the moving of the mobile terminal may exist unavailable the agent network server,so it will involve the task migration of the mobile terminal.For the past calculation offloading researched important consideration computing power and network bandwidth,latency and other attributes of cloud servers,little research for allocation of mobile terminal to offloading task,this paper proposes the division of tasks based on the decision value, by calculating the ratio of time and energy consumption will divide prioritize of sub-tasks.In view of the task switching problem in mobile cloud computing,this paper presents the first it predicts residence time the mobile terminal in computationally intensive proxy,thereby consider whether the proxy server is suitable for offloading mobile terminals task,thereby reduce unnecessary network switching and generate power consumption and communication costs.At the same time,the paper selected for the proxy server network proposed switching management based on risk utility function,according to ascending and descending function characteristic of risk utility function,depending on the state of the mobile terminal,the proxy server computing capacity,the economic costs,energy expenses,time consumption value,four performance index dynamically adjust trade-offfactor,in order to achieve a more optimal tasks switching.Finally through the eclipse simulation platform for control parameters for the amount of change to verify the effectiveness of the proposed switching method of offloading,by comparing the MATLAB with the change of control parameters of three kinds of offloading switching method,at the same time for the mobile terminal battery remaining three different offloading switching method power consumption comparison,verify that the method proposed in this paper to better solve the problem of the mobile terminal consumption spending in different states dynamically adjust factor.
