As human activities continue to alter the land use,land use / land cover change research increasingly important.The land gradually changed to type with human needs under different factors working together.Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has entered the era of rapid development,there have been significant changes of social needs,which directly affects the changes in land use status.Therefore,strengthening of land use change research can provide better services for the sustainable development of our society and economy.However,because of differences in natural conditions and levels of economic development in different regions,we need to model the regional land use changes resulting for the socio-economic,technological and labor inputs of a specific area.Wanjiang demonstration area is the object of this study,the main work is as follows:1.Land use transfer matrix,Land use dynamic degree,Lorenz Curve were used to evaluate the economic beneficial result of land use and characterize the drive mechanism between land use and economic,by using statistics data of Wanjiang demonstration area in 2001-2012 and 1985,2004,2011 remote sensing data.2.Wanjiang demonstration area land use evaluation index system and the regional land use comprehensive evaluation model is established.Using the established "Level-Entropy" model to calculate the weight of each eligible index.Meanwhile,partial least squares regression methods were used to analyze the driving force of the regional land use change.3.Design and implementation of land use Wanjiang demonstration analysis and comprehensive evaluation information management system.The above analysis method implemented in the system by using the C # language under the.NET platform.Spatial pattern,Pattern,Dynamic-degree,Driving mechanism of land use was analyzed by the information system and evaluate the overall efficiency of land use in the region.The establishment of a forecasting model to predict the value of some indicators,it is possible to make an accurate short-term forecast,provide a reference for the effective utilization and optimization Wanjiang demonstration area allocation of land resources.It reached the following conclusion:1.Changes in the overall land use trends in Wanjiang demonstration area for construction land,forest land increases,reducing of other land use types,majorchanges in the magnitude of forest land,farmland,Unused land;Wanjiang demonstration area construction land increased mainly transferred to the water area,while the increase of the forest area is mainly arable land and unused land transferred;2.Wanjiang demonstration area 1985-2004 land use change is relatively stable,but between 2004-2011 more active land use change,while construction land,grassland,farmland,woodland and water to accelerate the rate of change;Wanjiang demonstration area woodland,arable land distribution is relatively uniform and good stability,grassland,water,unused land uneven but good stability,while early construction land distribution is relatively uniform,the latter is relatively concentrated,decreased stability.3.Higher levels of economic efficiency of land use in Wanjiang is Hefei,Ma'anshan,Wuhu,Anqin;The northeast and the center region of Wanjiang demonstration area has a better land intensive use,but the southwest area is limited by the harsh natural condition.4.In the process of urbanization and industrialization in Wanjiang demonstration area,the rapid changes in the statistical indicators were: Above-scale industrial added value,Revenue and Expenditure;Higher impact on arable land in the statistical indicators were: Forestry-animal husbandry and Fishery,Annual per capita net income of farmers,Revenue and Expenditure;Higher impact on Construction land in the statistical indicators were Above-scale industrial added value,GDP;Average wage of workers changing speed is twice the Annual per capita net income of farmers changing speed,the gap between urban and rural income growth should be vigilant.
