With the structure adjustment of steel products,converter steel purity has become a major factor that restrict the development of some advanced steel.Skateboard slag technology that reduce the amount of steel slag during the process of steelmaking is an important part of improving steel quality. Fixed skateboard and sliding skateboard is an important consumption refractory among the devices during the process of blocking slag,frequently subjected to directly severe erosion of high temperature fluid steel and high oxidation resistance steel slag,with the thermal and cooling shock effect combined,so it is easily damaged and requires frequent replacement.However,due to the highly weight of the equipment,ambient temperature of the environment,high mounting accuracy,the replacing of it is difficult, taking long time, the operating environment of workers is harsh, high labor intensity. According to the actual needs of field engineering, we design a hydraulic manipulator making installation,removal and transport of the skateboard mechanization and automation,and making an important sense to improve production efficiency and production safety.Based on virtual prototyping technology,coupled with rigid multi-body system dynamics theory,through the Pro/Engineer, ADAMS,ANSYS co-simulation platform,establishing the rigid coupling model of hydraulic manipulator taking mounting arm as flexible member. According to the practical application of the mechanical arm,determine the scope of telescopic hydraulic cylinders and validated, ensuring that the design meets the requirements. Through the dynamics simulation analysis of ADAMS found that manipulators suffering a smaller force with loading operation and high dynamic stress areas are mainly concentrated in the robot arm and the point is the connection of hydraulic cylinder and connected ear;When the robot crawls skateboard and uplift, the manipulator suffering larger force and high dynamic stress areas are mainly around the junction ear between robot hand and hydraulic cylinder and support of the slider hole. The mode shapes of freedom and constraints and the corresponding strain cloud Based on the analysis of ANSYS provides the reference for the improvement impact resistance, vibration resistance and optimization of the structural strength.Research methods and analysis results provide a reference for the designed, tested and optimized of the skateboard disassembled and the directive function of the engineering. Meanwhile, the multi-domain modeling and simulation techniques that this thesis explored can be applied to the development of other complex mechanical systems, in order to shorten design cycles,reduce the costs of development, improve product performance objectives.
