The industrial control system,which is designed and developed by using configuration software,has the advantages of cross platform,stable operation,low resource consumption and so on,making the embedded system effectively used in a variety of different environments.Configuration software is often to control the basic unit for the realization of its functions,controls in the operation of the embedded system need support from the underlying hardware,and embedded system hardware and software resources are limited,to run in the embedded environment of industrial control system controls the higher requirements.In this paper design the automatic generation system based on the control efficiency requirements,as well as embedded graphic programming platform control,“design once,run everywhere” development concept proposed control cross platform build technology,improve the running efficiency of control in embedded systems.This paper compare existing research of the embedded component model's advantages and disadvantages,and based on the embedded control analysis,giving the control automatically generate control system structure model,at the same time,according to the control in specific industrial control system applications,to control the source code cut to new with original control feature subset of controls,then establishes the control functions,according to the control in specific industrial control system applications,to control the source code cut new with original control feature subset of controls,then establishes the control functions according to the control system structure model of the relationship between Library and using relation database to realize automatically generated based on the control efficiency requirements.Control cross platform build is the first design cross platform of general hardware abstraction layer interface,with interface function to establish the XSLT template library,then realize interactive graphical data by using the XML and XSLT template,finally through code generation algorithm of automatic generation of different platform executable file,form the application code to interact with the hardware platform directly,without intermediate virtual machine supports cross platform,using the method to generate the application is higher than other cross platform software to generate the application efficiency.At last,the control method is proved to be correct and feasible based on the graph programming platform,which is based on the three controls of alarm form,drop-down box and alarm scroll bar.
