In order to dig recessive knowledge in people's brains and make up the shortage of search engines, Baidu launched an interactive knowledge sharing platform-Baidu Knows. Every day, there are 380 million people using Baidu Knows to get the knowledge. To ensure the problems' quality and let questioners get a satisfactory answer more quickly, Baidu Knows picked some enthusiastic users and set up an administrator team, their duties are managing questions and answers in Baidu Knows.A working platform was designed and developed for administrators to improve their work efficiency. Administrators can accuse problems, change questions'tags, recommend questions'answers and delete questions'answers on this platform. An administrator growth system was also designed to encourage administrators. Administrators' every labor in the working platform will get a reward. Meanwhile, administrators were graded in order to better dominate administrators' competences. Administrators of different levels have different competences. The super administrators and the staff of Baidu Knows both have privileges to supervise general administrators'work and obtain statistical data of the working platform. The complete platform management capabilities will ensure the administrator working platform operating stably for a long time.The open source LNMP website development combination was used to develop this system. To ensure a good code reusability and functional scalability, the page displays, business process, data storage were separately. All functions of the platform passed the test, and it can meet the requirements of high performance under concurrent access. All modules are on service and greatly improved the work efficiency of administrators. Also, it brought better questioning experience to Baidu Knows'users. |
