Extrinsic Fabry-Perot in the fiber sensor has many unique advantages, such as small volume, simple structure, high reliability, good sensitivity, etc., it has broad application prospect in industry. According to the extrinsic in Fabry-Perot fiber interference principle the article main work to produce a low reflectivity of bubble structure Fabry-Perot sensors.In this paper the optical interference principle and fiber Fabry-Perot interference in the working principle and the structure of cavity pressure strain effect are introduced in detail, and establishes the model structure of bubble Fabry-Perot fiber sensor, and from theory to analyze the different cavity length structure on the influence to pressure sensitivity.Introduce the bubble structure Fabry-Perot fiber sensor specific made process in detail, and the result of different processing technology as well as the possible problems in the process of production, simple introduces some experimental equipment mainly used in the process of making sensor.Use the sensor to the pressure test,calibration of the sensor and pressure. Bubble structure cavity length and the pressure sensor has a good linear relationship, the pressure change from 0 MPa to 30 MPa, cavity length/pressure sensitivity of about 1.9 nm/MPa. And introduce some about the method of calculation Bubble thin wall thickness.This paper also points out the place needing to be excellent to turn in the bubble structure Fabry-Perot fiber sensor make process, and direction for further research.
