Fiber optic sensor has the advantages of anti-electromagnetic interference,electrical insulation,high temperature resistant and low loss.In addition to the advantages of general fiber sensors,the fiber F-P sensor has a low temperature sensitivity coefficient.In view of the fiber F-P sensors'practical problems in test of stress and pressure,this thesis studies the installation process of fiber F-P strain sensor.And the results are applied to water hole strain balance and micro-friction system.Pressure sensors with different sensitivity are also designed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This thesis makes a comparison of various installation techniques.According to the experimental study,the positive contrast of the sensor installed by solder installation is poor,reaching over 2%of the full range of 160me.The sensor installed by strain adhesive has other problems.The mechanical hysteresis is more than 0.3%of the full range of 160me,R~2 is more than 0.999,and the installation success rate is low.Finally,this thesis determined the two point directly paste process of new epoxy resin glue,sensors installed by this process has good performance,the positive contrast of the sensor reach less than can 0.2%of full range 160me,mechanical hysteresis reach less than 0.1%of full scale 160me,R~2 is more than 0.9999.(2)Based on the two-point direct pasting process of the new type of epoxy resin strain adhesive,the fiber F-P strain sensor was applied to the water hole strain balance,and the static calibration was carried out.Static calibration includes unit load and composite loading,and the performance indicators such as mechanical hysteresis,linearity,positive contrast and accuracy are measured.The performance of the sensor installed in this experiment is satisfactory,and the test requirements of the water hole strain balance are satisfied.(3)Based on the two-point direct pasting process of the new type of epoxy resin strain adhesive,the fiber F-P strain sensor was applied to the micro damage test system on the measurement of pressure and friction,and the static testing and dynamic testing were test.The experimental results show that the F-P strain sensor can be applied to the study of micro-friction.(4)The F-P sensor with sensitized structure is encapsulated as a side wall pressure sensor and measured.,experiment samples within 30 MPa sensitivity is about 0.23nm/MPa,R~2 is 0.99998,the resolution can reach 0.01 MPa.Quartz plates with strain sensor are used as sensing element.Strain sensors measure the pressure strain of quartz.Experimental samples within 2 MPa sensitivity is about 6 nm/MPa,R~2 is0.99998,the resolution can reach 0.001 MPa.In this thesis,two point direct pasted process of new epoxy resin strain adhesive is shown to have good strain testing performance.At the same time,it is proved that the fiber F-P strain sensor can realize solid pressure,fluid pressure and other sensors.
