In this paper, the active phased array radar array is used as the research object, and phased array radar is made up of many radiating elements, so the antenna structure is complex. Radar echo determines the performance of the whole radar, echo is generated by controlling the amplitude of the radiation unit on the antenna array. Due to the long time use, some of the performance of the radiation component is reduced or damaged, resulting in reduced radar performance. In order to ensure the performance of echo signal, we must carry out amplitude measurement, correction and phase compensation of the radar array antenna element. In order to shorten the debugging period of radar and provide the data for array monitoring so as to compensate or maintain the radar, it is very important to develop a good monitoring system.In order to improve the measurement accuracy of phased array radar antenna array in order to improve the measurement accuracy and improve the system equipment and portable, non-contact measurement and other factors, this paper uses a double theodolite to measure. According to the measurement principle of the front intersection of the theodolite, the calibration method of the two kinds of theodolite is analyzed. The 3D coordinate system is set up by the center of the array. According to the right hand rule, the normal direction of the Z axis is the XY axis. In the setting of the coordinate system, the position relation of the TR component units of the radar array is obtained by using the double theodolite. The system development language uses the object-oriented VC technology, and realizes the function of the theodolite system's calibration, communication, measurement, basic geometric element fitting, and completes the design of the radar array monitoring and data management based on ADO access technology.In this paper, the development of the system in the source of phased array radar antenna system installation and commissioning, on each antenna unit between amplitude and phase characteristics provide index test and fault diagnosis. This paper mainly contains the introduction of the system, the installation method of the software, the function, operation method and system maintenance. It also includes terms definition, software list, working environment and system using sample and so on.
