In China's current source of power supply, thermal power is still dominant,while the thermal power plant is a large part of the master tube boiler control system of boiler. Whether realize the mother pipe pressure control is key to the stability of the boiler system control, how to distribute the load is the key of the mother pipe pressure stability control, and when the mother tube pressure fluctuation, how to increase or decrease load, solving these problems will achieve good control of the parent tube pressure stability.In this paper,the coordination control of the mother pipe pressure of the master tube boiler as the research object, using adaptive Hopfield neural network to carry out the optimization calculation, realization control of the mother tube boiler group load optimal allocation, achieve control the mother pipe pressure stability. This article on the basis of previous work,analysis of the status quo in the field of coordination control of the master tube boiler and existing problems. Put forward a new evaluation scheme for boiler, when selection regulating pressure boiler group has more basis, using the least squares method for program evaluation related curves were fitted, and combination of this evaluation scheme with adaptive Hopfield neural network, using adaptive Hopfield neural network to find optimal solution in solving the optimization problem to groups of boiler load distribution. This paper also introduces detail of how to coordination control the boiler in the real project, makes the research more practical content. And research of whenthe pressure in the mother pipehas fluctuation, how to make load distribution can meet the current demand mother pipe pressure. Finally, use the operation data of a power plant to carry out numerical simulation. The simulation results show that after reallocation of load can meet the needs of the mother pipe pressure, and can effectively improve the boilerenergy utilization efficiency, realize the function of boiler coordinated control.
