Design And Implementation Of Application Download Client Based On Android Platform

With the rapid growth of the mobile applications, application store becomes an issue. Most of current mainstream application stores own billion users. But it has downside in some ways. Application box aims at providing comprehensive functions. It is more convenient to manage applications for mobile phone. Users can download new applications in the application box. Besides, users can sort through applications and uninstall applications. They can do more than they can think. The thesis gets the demand analysis from market professionals. And the system consists of four function modules. It contains common basic function module, home module, discovery module, and chest module.At first, the thesis introduces the background of topic. And then it finds that current application stores are not best. This thesis describes the significance of the project. It describes the key technologies related to this project. Then it analyses the functional needs and the non-functional needs. According to the requirements analysis it designs the architecture of the project. Finally the thesis makes plans for each module. The author designs the project by himself. The author does the coding work of all modules. The project's design pattern is MVC. It accords with demand with high maintainability and reusability. Some of the function modules will ask picture resources frequently from network. So the author uses cache for picture resources. It consists of memory cache and disk cache. The data interactive format uses JSON. Then the server can cover various mobile phone clients. It shows actual interface for each function module at last. The application can run on each main mobile terminal. It crosses platform. The monitor data displays that the application is reliable.
