| This paper proceeds from the Tianjin Unicom application system, combined with the requirements of the development of the enterprise and the company’s informatization construction. As the tool of training and assessment for China Unicorn’s staffs engaged in fixed-exchanging network, this system links he theoretical study of the perceptual knowledge and the practice of rational knowledge for the staffs.Using PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) as a model, based on all voice service which the fixed telephone network can provide, through the software,the system simulates the whole process of the user calls, and shows the processing and processing results by graphic display,including all levels of the network in terminal users, terminal, gateway, long-distance the Bureau, gateway, and the fault diagnosis processing, billing, business statistics and measurement index. In order to save investment and match the company’s existing system,the design and development of control system of SPC simulation, make full use of the existing information resources, and get ready for further development and other business systems. With six chapters, this paper describes the background and significance of the selected topic, technical support for system development, system design, system implementation, system testing and research conclusion in detail.At present, the system has been successfully applied in Tianjin Unicom, and becoming a part of staff-training of China Unicom. This system has a simple interface and is easy to operate. Therefore, it meets the needs of development in information technology and enterprise talent echelon construction of Tianjin unicom. |
