Design And Implementation Of Service Management System For Nanjing Healthcare Service Center

Based on software engineering concept, method and technology, this paper discusses design and implementation of business service management information system for Nanjing Healthcare Service Institute. The system's developing goal is conducting informational management for the institute's business management and realizing integrated standard management to the institute's main business operations, so that it can improve the institute's business standardization, data processing completeness and accuracy, and efficiently reduce the institute's business running cost.This paper gives detailed analysis to the system requirement, especially focuses on discussing client appointment scheduling management, health report and data analysis management and business cost fee management, etc. It also builds necessary user case modules. The software is designed by multiple layer structure, which includes data/graph interface layer, health inspection transaction management layer, report information and data analysis layer, and basic data management layer, etc. The paper discusses each layer's constitution module design and programming implementation, gives the system's infrastructure design scenario, business database overall design, typical related database internal structure and typical transaction processing flow. And based on the above design, it also discusses some of the system's programming and testing.This business service management information system for Nanjing Healthcare Service Institute is developed by Java and JSP, and uses Eclipse as its main developing tool. Database platform uses SQL Server and applies T-SQL language to realize storage programming on database platform. The system has been finished trail testing and runs reliable and stable in real business environment. It reaches its main developing goal and will be put into practice in the near future.
