Nowadays, the application of computer is becoming more and more extensive. A lot of important documents and data are stored in the computer in the form of electronic documents. this is convenient but also brings a lot of security issues. The main two way leading to leakage of internal data files are follows: documents are copied out by internal staff or documents are sent out through network by hacker or internal staff. Now open source Linux system or Kylin system are used as the domestic important institution`s office operating system. Information security in Linux or Kylin system is more and more important.In order to solve this problem, A encrypt file system was implemented based on Linux and the kylin operating system, the encrypt file system can achieve file encrypt transparently. Through the system, file in company stored on disk in encrypted form, and decrypt when it opening. but leave the system, file will be always encryption. This will ensure the documents that were leaked out can not be opened in a short time, so can greatly reducing the possibility of disclosure. In the implementation of transparent encryption, the encrypted file system is also designed a simple access control to meets the needs of business. Different successfully logined users have different operation, and the encrypted files can be used by specific users who were assigned. This make the file visible within the specified scope in company.The encrypted file system is composed by management server and stackable file system, the Linux virtual file system and the underlying file system were greatly reused.In the premise of efficiency, it implement custom functions flexibly. It works as a modular manner can be loaded, Because of its good portability, is a feasible scheme for encryption file system.
