With the popularity of the Internet technology and the construction of the E-government project, the government portal website has gradually become the main channel for the government to implement information publicity, a lot of government information are released publicly on the portal everyday. Howerver, due to the consciousness of confidentiality and negligence of the staff, some sensitive, even confidential information and documents were placed on the internet, which eventually lead to leaks. How to prevent the leak portal sites, has become a new problem faced by secrecy. Therefore, it's very important to conduct secret review for website information on the internet.To meet the demand of Security Bureau, to conduct security inspection for the information, we designed and implemented a Government Web Portal Inspection System,which based on the Internet information collection and document classified analysis technology. The System implement an independent crawler engine, 7*24 hour active incremental acquisition of information resources released on the portal website, including Web, Txt, Pdf, Office, pictures and Other documents. The resources collected varies,which should be resolved separately to extract the file text content. Basing on user-defined policies to analyse the preprocessed text content, accurately determining whether the information released on the portal is confidential. Once found suspicious sensitive information on the portal, the system can timely inform secret agency staff via web warning, desktop alert, etc.The system can automatically check the E-government website and identify the classified Web information, which greatly improved the level of the Internet portal information confidential inspection.
